U.S. Marines with Bravo Company, respond to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear simulated threats during a company certification exercise.

The exercise included training scenarios focused on reconnaissance, decontamination, casualty rescue and other CBRN response tasks designed to sharpen lifesaving skills and strengthen company and unit readiness across diverse operational environments.

CBIRF Marines and Sailors came together on Nov. 9, 2025, at MGM National Harbor to celebrate the Marine Corps’ 250th Birthday. The evening included a traditional ceremony, the reading of Lt. Gen. Lejeune’s message, the passing of cake from the oldest Marine to the youngest, and remarks from the commanding officer and the guest of honor, Brig. Gen. Matthew W. Tracey, commanding general of Education Command and president of Marine Corps University.
