Notice to Residents in the area of Fernbank Rd. (near the back of Target, Springfield Crossing)
The Indian Orchard Citizens Council cordially invites you to attend a site visit pertaining to the property located at Fernbank Rd. behind Target. Onyx, the property owner, is requesting a zone change so they can build a 32 unit apartment complex on the parcel. Representatives from the Indian Orchard Citizens Council and Onyx will be in attendance.
Your questions and concerns are welcome at this meeting.
