Cindy and her team of volunteers enjoy making women as comfortable as possible during the treatment process necessary to fight breast cancer. Cindy’s vision is to assist and be there for as many women as she and her team can each and every day. Cindy does this locally and also makes women feel better and have hope all over the country. Sometimes all it takes is a conversation and discussing your f

ears and expectations to feel better. A basket filled with goodies that will help these women along the way is also encouraging. While Cindy went thru treatments, she had supporters that rooted her on along the way. Cindy remembers these kind and generous people and wants to pay it forward to others in need. The treatments are difficult and hard on your body, Cindy remembers… She has been there and understands the fears and uncertainties.

18 years ago I got my diagnosis. Worked really hard in believing stage lll wouldn’t take my life. Started CHC in 2010. Which still is a struggle being so small but it gives me a lot to be proud of. This year looks a little different. A new WHY! Calloway 💙 and Hilton💗Thank you for all your support and prayers. Everyday is hard but milestones are a blessing. I am thankful to God for where I am today ! If you would like any info on Cindy’s Hope Chest we would love to hear from you. This is what an 18 year fight looks like 💗🎉

I need adult volunteers for Friday 10-6 the 5th Saturday 10-6 the 6th and Sunday 11-5 the 7th Belk Charity event in Monroe . I have student volunteers -hours are flexible even if it’s two or three hours to help manage the money and chaperone the students. Let me know if you’re able. I would greatly appreciate it.
