 No threats, harassment, personal attacks, hate speech, or racial slurs will be accepted. Legality
 No comments that encourage or partake in illegal activity will be accepted.
 No comments should violate intellectual property without clear indication of permission to copy from the original source and/or proper citation. Spam
 No comments irrelevant to the mission, scope, or events of ICOPD will be accepted.
 No redundant posting of comments will be accepted.
 No advertisements or personal promotions will be accepted. ICOPD will remove any comments that do not meet these standards. Repeated and/or egregious offenders will be blocked from commenting. Comments to ICOPD pages are considered to be in the public domain unless clearly stated otherwise.

🚦 Philadelphia Street Traffic Signal Modifications

As part of the 4-Way Red Initiative, traffic signal modifications along Philadelphia Street will begin on June 30, with the new signals expected to be active by Thursday, July 2.

As the new signals go live, please use caution and allow time to become familiar with the updated crossing process. Additional pedestrian education and outreach will take place during the week of July 6, 2026. Stay tuned for details!
