Kelli has been through more in 16 years than many face in 36. Growing up without her parents or siblings, Kelli Gillis was raised by her grandparents and took on responsibilities far beyond her years. After transferring to Indianapolis Metropolitan High School, Kelli found the support she needed to thrive.

Since then, Kelli has flourished, maintaining a strong GPA, becoming captain of the cheer squad, and earning her Certified Nursing Assistant certification. ✨

At Indianapolis Metropolitan High School, students have access to dual credit courses through Ivy Tech Community College that help them get a head start on college credits while building confidence and academic readiness.
