As the United States approaches the 250th anniversary of American independence, join us for June’s Coffee with the Curator sponsored by Tinker Coffee and Leviathan Bakehouse, exploring William Henry Harrison and the Indiana Territory, a story rooted in the nation’s earliest years of growth and governance.

Before becoming the ninth president, William Henry Harrison served as governor of the Indiana Territory, guiding a vast frontier at a moment when the young republic was still defining its identity. His leadership reveals how territorial expansion, political authority, and national ambition shaped the United States in the decades following the Revolution.

We promise to satisfy your curiosity (and your need for caffeine) and have you on your way to the office by 9 AM sharp!

This event is just $6 general admission and free for members. Space is limited so reservations are recommended.

We’re excited to bring some NEW experiences to this year’s Juneteenth Foodways Festival and continue creating intentional moments of culture, connection, food, and community ✨

This year, we’re partnering with The Testimony Service to kick off the day with Sol Sessions at the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site. Expect movement, meditation, music, and beautiful energy as we set the tone for a powerful day of celebration and reflection.

We’re also proud to introduce the Dolly Johnson Performance Stage, sponsored by Mirror Indy 🎤✨

The stage will feature:
• Live performances from BRAVE Drumline
• Food demonstrations with Tinker Street
• A Dolly Johnson reenactment presented by Freetown Village

We are so grateful for our sponsors, partners, and community who continue helping us grow this festival into something truly special each year

And don’t forget, the Juneteenth Foodways Festival is absolutely FREE to attend. We simply ask that you register in advance.

If you’d like to attend Sol Sessions, tickets can be purchased through the link in The Testimony Service bio.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you all on June 12th for a full day of culture, joy, history, healing, and community ✨
