Connecting the original, historic Cret Building to the new glass north tower, the Atrium perfectly blends the two buildings. Dramatically lit, the glass-encased space sets the stage for your reception ,dance, or dining event. West Reading Room - A limestone staircase leads into an elegant prestigious room perfect for intimate events. The West Reading Room boats a fireplace, chandeliers, rich oak walls, and large windows to add ambiance for the occasion. East Garden - Have an outdoor ceremony of your dreams in our East Garden. Facing Pennsylvania Street, the lush East Garden's honey locust and crabapple trees, lilies, and ivy create a private respite in the busy downtown area. An oval lawn is surrounded by generous amounts of seating, making it perfect for intimate parties and receptions. Guests are sure to be impressed. Clowes Auditorium - Designed as an acoustically-correct concert and meeting hall, the Clowes Auditorium is ideal for many social events from corporate conferences, annual meetings and lectures to musical concerts and theatrical performances. Just off of our ninth street entrance, the Auditorium provides excellent views of your speaker or presentation from all 300 seats. Indianapolis Special Collections Room - Adjacent to the Sixth Floor Vista Concourse, the Nina Mason Pulliam Indianapolis Special Collections Room brings a unique touch to your special event. Overlooking downtown, this small space has a breathtaking view of the city and an intimate feel; perfect for your private event or meeting. Sixth Floor Vista Concourse - Hosting an event from our sixth floor, you and your guests will be treated to exclusive sights of the city while enjoying a find dining experience. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls offer magnificent viewing opportunities during the day and also well into the night. Garden Conference Room - Located on the first floor near the East Garden, the Garden Conference room is a perfect location for you tasting or next meeting. This conference room has a capacity for up to 15 guests and includes the use of a 50" plasma screen, projection screen, DVD/VHS/CD/cassette players, laptop connections and more! Additional chairs available if requested. Goodrich Houk, Knall, & Riley Meeting Rooms - All rooms are Wi-Fi ready,equipped with a drop-down projection screen, laptop compatible projector and blackout shades. The space can be utilized for meetings as small as 10 to sit down catered banquets up to 70 to social networking gatherings up to 120.
