We are excited to share some wonderful news and introduce the newest member of our leadership team at The Commons on Meridian!
Our new Executive Director brings a strong background in healthcare and senior living, along with a true passion for people and leadership. He began his career in skilled nursing right out of college as a Memory Care Support Specialist, later transitioning into Social Services before completing his Administrator in Training program at Plainfield Health Care Center. Entering leadership during the early days of COVID-19, he quickly developed the ability to adapt, lead through change, and support both residents and team members during uncertain times.
He continued his journey in senior living with Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living, where he and his team earned a Bronze Quality Award from the AHCA, and later served as a Floating Executive Director, gaining valuable experience supporting multiple communities across the state.
For him, “community” means bringing together residents, families, staff, and the surrounding neighborhood—recognizing that it truly takes a village to create a meaningful and successful living environment.
On a personal note, he has been married for five years and lives in Pittsboro, Indiana with his wife and their son, Hudson. He comes from a family deeply rooted in healthcare and enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, watching classic movies, and cheering on Notre Dame football.
He describes himself as reliable, an open communicator, and deeply resident-focused, and he is looking forward to building strong relationships with each residents, families and staff over time.
As he begins this new role, he is most excited about growing the team, enhancing the experience for residents and families, and strengthening our connection within the local community.
