Blessed morning we thank JVP for responding quickly in assisting grannies and their grand children .the five granny's families received blankets and mattresses. these are among the affected families that are displaced due to landslide and heavy rains that have affected the villages.
we still request friends of JVP to join hands and support . 150 people are displaced and due to cold weather , we still need bed nets ,( mosquito net ) and blankets

JVP Sigomere village is affected by landslide that destroyed homes and farms and heavy rains , floods that affected families saints are displaced . 200 members are affected. 5 homes of granny's are destroyed. send prayers to affected families for they need helping hand.

These are the "Before" photos of the water hole in Ugunja village. There is great anticipation for how Mt. Zion VBS children and families will help transform this into a Safe Water Point to provide nearby access to safe water to 300 villagers in this rural area in western Kenya. Stay tuned for progress photos!

This week, Mt. Zion Church will start their Vacation Bible School and JVP will be their mission focus this week. They will be raising money to help transform a muddy water hole in the village of Ugunja to a safe water point to serve over 250 villagers.
