Meet Our Founder.
Reggie “RJ” Jones is the Founder of Win Each Moment LLC, a personal development and leadership organization dedicated to helping individuals move from survival to stability and from stability to leadership.
Drawing from his experiences as a father, mentor, union tradesman, and community advocate, RJ delivers practical strategies that help people improve their mindset, strengthen relationships, increase accountability, and create lasting change in their personal and professional lives.
His work focuses on fatherhood, men’s development, workforce readiness, leadership growth, mental wellness, and intentional living. Through workshops, speaking engagements, coaching, and community partnerships, RJ equips individuals with tools to become more present, productive, and purpose-driven in every area of life.
RJ’s mission is simple:
Help people win the moment in front of them so they can build the future they’re called to create.
