FRIENDLY REMINDER
June 1 is right around the corner and it’s the deadline for all reunion fees. For any fees sent after
that date, there will be an additional charge of $10 per adult, so let’s beat the deadline! We have
a lot planned for everyone during our reunion weekend. Our itinerary will be as follows:
Friday Night – Meet-n-Greet (6-9 pm) Hotel’s Congress Room (refreshments will be served)
Saturday – Breakfast on your own
Picnic in the Park/Games near the ocean (11 am – until) bring swim suits
Evening at City Place (shopping, bowling, sightseeing, etc.)
Sunday – Family Worship Service w/Banquet followed (2 or 5 pm)
Please give us a call or email if 2pm or 5pm would be a better time for the banquet.
For the banquet, our theme is “Bling and Jeans”. We ask that you please wear white shirts with
any form of jean material (dress, pants, etc.) Also, during our banquet program, we will be
hosting our featured “Hat-i-Tude” segment where everyone shows off their favorite hat. If you
would like to participate, please bring your hat(s) with you.
As stated before, the room rate for the Holiday Inn Express is $89 plus tax per night for double
or king size beds. The reservation phone line for Holiday Inn Express is 1-800-HOLIDAY or 1-
561-659-3880. (If you should have any problems, please ask for the front desk at the hotel.
They will be delighted to assist you.
Registration fees will be as follows:
0-3 – Free
Children (Ages 4-10) - $30 per person
Pre-teens/Teens (Ages 11-15) - $40 per person
Adults (Ages 16 and older) - $70 per person
The cost for t-shirts will be:
Teens - Adults - $10
Children sizes - $8
XXL and up - $2 extra
