This week, ICESA was proud to testify with Emily Murray, CODA Wabash Valley Executive Director, and Samantha McCoy, sexual violence survivor, in front of the Indiana General Assembly Interim Study Committee on Public Health, Behavioral Health, and Human Services. Thank you to Rep. Wendy McNamara and the other committee members for their interest in the victim experience in Indiana.

Earlier this month, ICESA travelled to Washington, D.C., for this year's National Sexual Assault Conference. These events are important to network with other sexual violence prevention and response organizations and stay up-to-date on important information in our field.

Last week, ICESA's Indiana State Campus Consortium had the privilege to gather Indiana higher education sexual violence prevention and response professionals from around the state. A huge thank you to Butler University for donating space for us to meet.

Léna Crain, PhD, Editor for the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS), provided professional standards and a framework for campus sexual violence programs.
