Nurse Practitioner Evaluation Questionnaire What is your experience as a patient receiving care form nurse practitioners? Hello, I’m Alec Steils. I am a student at Morningside College studying to be a nurse practitioner. My course work requires me to complete a research project. I am interested in learning what the public thinks about care provided by nurse practitioners. If you are over 18 and are an Iowa resident, I’d like to hear what you think. Please click on this link to learn more about the study to determine if you would like to participate. By clicking on this link, you will not begin the questionnaire, you will be given more information after which you can decide whether or not you want to participate in the anonymous study. The questionnaire is totally voluntary and anonymous. It will only take a few minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your time. The information you give will help me to become a better healthcare provider.
