Assistant - Mechanics Department
We are seeking an Assistant to support the Mechanics Department with the day-to-day coordination of equipment maintenance and parts. This position will work closely with the Mechanics Manager/Lead Mechanic to ensure equipment is properly maintained, parts are available, and scheduled maintenance is completed on time.
Responsibilities
· Order, receive, organize, and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
· Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance for company equipment and machines.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and service schedules.
· Coordinate with mechanics to ensure repairs and scheduled maintenance are completed efficiently.
· Assist with identifying parts and supplies needed for repairs.
· Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding parts, pricing, availability, and delivery.
· Help monitor equipment maintenance needs and upcoming service requirements.
· Assist with coordinating mechanics when equipment requires service at jobsites.
· Support the Mechanics Department with administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
· Equipment may include work vehicles, delivery trucks, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, cranes, boom trucks, and other construction equipment.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in equipment maintenance, parts ordering, fleet coordination, or a related field preferred.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize maintenance needs.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Knowledge of construction equipment and mechanical parts is a plus.
· MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
· Ability to occasionally travel to jobsites as needed.
Wage determined through experience and interview process.

Fabricator/Welder – Indiantown
Required Skills:
· Analyze and Interpret structural steel fabrication design prints and fabricate pieces for er****on.
· Welding Skills (MIG 3-4G)
· Operator steel shop machines and hand tools.
Desired Skills:
· Welding Certification
· Forklift and Power Industrial Truck Training/Certification
