Mat Gyrokenisis takes place at our La Quinta Community Center.

Gyrokenisis is the mat form of gyrotonic, which is holistic movement based on principles from yoga, gymnastics, tai chi, and dance. Both systems focus on circular movements, synchronized breathing to decompress joints, stimulate the nervous system and build functional body strength and well-being.
