CVHC All-Staff Retreat: Shaping the Next Three Years!

What makes CVHC special isn’t just the work we do, it’s the people who make it possible.
Our CVHC team recently came together for an inspiring All-Staff Retreat focused on our new Three-Year Strategic Plan: “Shaping the Next Three Years.”
It was a great opportunity to reconnect, share ideas, celebrate our work, and look toward the future together. We were also excited to visit our JFM Senior and JFM Family housing projects, seeing firsthand the impact of our mission in the communities we serve.
As we look ahead, our roadmap is clear: Build the Foundation. Accelerate Growth. Achieve Excellence.
Most importantly, we know that our greatest strength is our people.
Thank you to our incredible CVHC team for your dedication, compassion, teamwork, and commitment to building, and operating affordable housing, and creating opportunities that enrich, build, and grow lives.
We look forward to presenting our plan to our board of directors, with their support we will build our future together!
