Join us for the IPL Adult Book at the Morningside Park Branch, where Library Assistant Isabel will facilitate the book discussion of A Brief History of Seven Killings by Marlon James. We will also introduce our next title, Theo of Golden by Allen Levi. In celebration of Halloween this month, we are wearing costumes inspired by book characters! Our Chess Meet-up in partnership with Inglewood Chess Club was a hit! Players of all ages enjoyed friendly competition and had a great time around the chessboard. Missed out? There’s always another game waiting! Join us every 2nd Tuesday at the Crenshaw-Imperial Branch from 4:30–6:30 PM and every 4th Monday at the Morningside Park Branch from 3:30–5:30 PM.
