🧹 STREET SWEEPING BEGINS TODAY

The City of Inkster’s street-sweeping service begins Monday, August 3, 2026.

Street sweeping will occur the day after your designated garbage collection day:

🗑️ Monday collection → Tuesday sweeping
🗑️ Tuesday collection → Wednesday sweeping
🗑️ Wednesday collection → Thursday sweeping
🗑️ Thursday collection → Friday sweeping
🗑️ Friday collection → The following Monday

Please remove garbage cans, vehicles, and other items from the street so crews can sweep your area thoroughly and efficiently.

The City of Inkster's street sweeping program will begin Monday, August 3, 2026.

🧹 Street sweeping will take place the day after your regular garbage collection day:

🗑️ Monday pickup ➡️ Tuesday sweeping
🗑️ Tuesday pickup ➡️ Wednesday sweeping
🗑️ Wednesday pickup ➡️ Thursday sweeping
🗑️ Thursday pickup ➡️ Friday sweeping
🗑️ Friday pickup ➡️ Monday sweeping (the following Monday)

To help crews do a thorough job, please remove garbage carts, vehicles, and any other items from the street on your scheduled sweeping day.
