The IJC invites you to a public meeting of the International Rainy-Lake of the Woods Watershed Board (IRLWWB) on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM (CDT) at the La Place Rendez-Vous Hotel in Fort Frances, ON. This gathering will offer a valuable opportunity to hear a brief update on ongoing regional efforts to manage water levels, protect water quality, and maintain a healthy watershed.
More importantly, the meeting serves as your platform to share feedback and voice your perspective on the issues that matter most to your community. Board members will be listening to public input regarding water levels and flows, harmful algal blooms, aquatic invasive species, and any other local basin concerns. Your active participation helps ensure that we protect and preserve this vital ecosystem together.
