Beginning July 27, the IGH Police Department is gathering school supplies for kids in need!
As your family and neighbors get ready to go back to school, please consider purchasing and donating supplies for the IGH PD Pack the Patrol Car school supply drive. The department is supporting the local Parent Care Collective as they assemble backpacks full of school supplies for elementary students.
Starting July 27 through August 17, you can drop off school supplies in the collection box at the IGH Police Department Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. After business hours, you can drop off supplies outside City Hall Council Chambers doors on Mondays: July 27, August 3 and August 10 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Both the Police Department and City Hall Council Chambers are located at 8150 Barbara Ave. As you are driving toward City Hall, the Police Department will be to your right, and Council Chambers will be to your left.
