A fresh coat of paint for the fitness studio, just in time for a fresh season of movement! 🍂

If fall has you feeling like it’s time to get back into a routine, our specialty fitness classes are a great place to start. These smaller group classes are led by certified personal trainers, so you’ll get guidance and support while working toward your goals.

Want to get stronger? Boot Camp brings purposeful, high-energy workouts that help you build strength and move faster in everyday life. Looking for a little more confidence in the fitness center? Women & Weights is a women-only class that teaches you how to safely and effectively use the equipment while building strength and confidence. And because you asked for it, we’re offering a new day and time this session!

Prefer something a little more gentle? Our new Adaptive Seated Yoga is designed to help you stretch, move and build mobility from a seated position.

And we have specialty classes for the younger crowd, too, including Zumba Kids, Youth Instafit and Teen Strength.

Maybe this is the season you finally make a little more time for yourself. 💪

Summer flew by, and we want to celebrate the first season of the Heritage Village Park splash pad with YOU!

We’re giving away a Heritage Village Park branded towel + a pair of VMCC passes ( your choice of indoor playground passes, or water park passes) to one lucky local winner!

Just in time for , we’re looking for pet-loving businesses and organizations to join us at Let’s Pawty, our Halloween event for dogs and their people!

📅 Sunday, Oct. 4
⏰ 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
📍 Heritage Village Park

We’re looking for vendors such as pet sitters, dog walkers, groomers, trainers, boarding services, veterinarians, pet psychics, pet product businesses, rescues and more!

Vendor fees:
- $25 per 10x10 ft. booth space
- $15 for an additional booth
- FREE for non-profits and rescue organizations

If you’re looking for a fun family night out that gets your middle schooler off their phone and into the pool, this one’s for you. 👀

💦 Pool Party Game Night
📅 Saturday, Sept. 26
⏰ 5-8 p.m.
📍 VMCC Lap Pool
💲$8 VMCC members, $10 non-members

Middle schoolers can jump into a night of friendly competition with log rolling, relay races, water volleyball, treasure hunts and more!

The water park and slides will also be open for use during the event.

A few things to know:
- Youth ages 6-11 participating in lap pool activities must pass the deep-water swim test and receive a green wristband.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
- Everyone attending must register and pay.

We had way too many good answers for “What sound does a Zamboni make?” so we needed a part 2 😂

And while our staff may not agree on the sound, we’re all on the same page about this: we’re hiring!

Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, want to brush up on your skills, or are gearing up for deer opener, our new adult archery class is a great way to get out, try something new and learn the basics in a supportive setting.

Learn proper shooting techniques, safety, and equipment use with a certified instructor who welcomes all experience levels. Equipment is provided, or you can bring your own bow and target arrows (no broadheads).

Learning how to swim is on your to do list… eventually. So consider this your sign to finally do it.

Our adult beginner swim class is for anyone 13+ who’s new to swim lessons. We’ll cover the basics, build your confidence, and help you feel more comfortable in the water.
