1. No person seeking any federal elected office shall accept funds or other monetary compensation from any entity other than a registered voter who is a natural or naturalized citizen of the United States of America.
2.All funds or any other financial remuneration donated to a candidate seeking federal election shall be only collected from the citizens of the district, state or division in which they seek election.
3.Registered political parties may help in the collection of campaign finances but may only contribute financial help that was collected from the district, state or political division in which the candidate is attempting to be elected for.
4. No corporation, private business, labor union, political action committee or any other organization or group other than private citizens or the federal election matching funds program may donate to any candidate or incumbent seeking election or reelection.
4.No candidate or incumbent seeking election or reelection may accept more than $10,000.00 from any individual in a calendar year including donations made through a political party.
5.Any citizen of the United States of America may only donate a total of $40,000.00 per calendar year to all candidates and political parties they choose to donate to.
6. Candidates are expressly forbidden to accept gifts of any monetary value from any foreign government or citizen.
7. Representatives to the United States House of Representatives may serve no more than eight years as a congressional representative.
8. Senators in the United States Senate may serve no more than twelve years as a United States Senator.
9. No person may serve more than an aggregate total of twenty years in both houses of Congress.
10.Corporations, private businesses and all other groups and organizations are expressly forbidden to require employees or members to vote for or donate a specific candidate or political party .
11. Political parties may advertise and promote a candidate but all funding for such promotion and advertising must meet the guidelines set down for individual donations.
12. Political parties may not collect funds except from registered voters and all limits set down in this amendment must be adhered to.
13."Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the Citizens of the United States "
14. Congress may not borrow or otherwise allocate social security funds for any use other than the administration and payment of Social Security benefits. Congress shall immediately develop and repay all funds borrowed from Social security for the last forty years. Such repayment must be completed within fifteen years.
15. No foreign government, business, organization, citizen or other foreign entity may own real property in the United States and its territories. All current foreign entities must divest themselves of United States properties within two years or forfeit it to the citizens of the United States through the bureau of Land Management.
