Iowa HHS is aware that some SNAP recipients had their EBT cards canceled. As a result, some customers are currently unable to use their SNAP cards.

New replacement cards have been issued and should arrive in 5-7 days. Please do not request a new EBT card because a new card has already been issued.

Good News! Starting June 1st the 380Express will offer a 2nd route that stops at the University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center North Liberty, as well as the Kirkwood Regional Center at the University of Iowa. This new route will be called the Campus Connect.

The main route will be called the Corridor Loop, and will make a few minor schedule adjustments to the early AM route, and the afternoon schedule to improve on-time performance. In addition, the one-way fare will increase from $3.50 to $4, but discounts will still be available to eligible University of Iowa riders as well as elderly and disabled passengers.
