🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨

We have received reports of individuals receiving phone calls claiming they have missed jury duty and must pay a fine immediately to avoid arrest.

⚠️ These calls are a scam.

Scammers may pressure you to send money over the phone, purchase gift cards, provide banking information, or use electronic payment apps. They often create a sense of urgency and threaten arrest if payment is not made right away.

Please remember:
✅ Legitimate court officials will not demand immediate payment over the phone.
✅ Law enforcement agencies do not collect fines using gift cards, prepaid cards, or payment apps.
✅ Never provide personal or financial information to unsolicited callers.

If you receive a call like this:
• Hang up immediately.
• Do not send money or provide personal information.

Help protect your family, friends, and neighbors by sharing this information and don't let scammers pressure you into making quick decisions.
