📋 Bid Opening: Sealed bids will be opened and reviewed during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on August 17 at 6:00 p.m.

• Successful bidder will receive a written Notice of Award.
• Payment in full is due within 10 calendar days of the Notice of Award.
