The Lawrence County Health Department will be hosting a FLU vaccine clinic on Thursday, 10/05/2023 1:00pm-4:00pm at the Lawrence County Health Department. We currently have High Dose flu vaccine for 65 years and above as well as the regular flu vaccine for adults and children.

Starting today, the government is again handing out to households COVID-19 test kits. Each household is eligible to receive 4 test kits. They will be shipped out starting October 2nd, 2023. To request your test kits to be shipped, you can access the request form on covidtests.gov.

Big thanks to Land of Goshen Treatment Center for allowing Lawrence County Health Department to participate in the 3rd Annual Somebody’s Someone Overdose Awareness Day Event. This was a time to remember those lost to addiction and to celebrate those who have gone through the fire of addiction and were able to break free.
