Your purchase of a delicious $7 bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes will help support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Estill County continue to purchase books for almost 500 children in Estill County.

We have a new way to show your support for the Estill County Public Library! For a donation of $50 you will receive a personalized, laser-engraved wood book spine to display on our new donor wall inside the library.

Your donation will support events, programs, and materials for the Estill County Public Library.

Special thanks to the TSA students at the ATC for designing and engraving our book spines. We hope to have the first round of books on display soon!

We would love to have you make a donation on behalf of yourself, your group/orgaization, or in memory/honor of someone who loves the library.

We have the FOL Food with Friends cookbooks for sale, both used and new books, bookmarks, information on book plaques for the upcoming donor wall, and information on how to donate and assist with Friends of the Estill County Public Library and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Estill County.

Information on how to participate:
For Small Business Saturday 2025, we will be bringing back the Shop Small photo bomb contest. This Shop Hop has great results each year, and we are excited to host it once again! Please take a photo with the Small Business Saturday poster at participating local businesses, then send it to the Estill Co. Chamber of Commerce page to be entered to win a $25 gift card from the business. Each photo equals one entry.

We have added a new Little Free Library! Thanks to the Estill Early Learning Center for hosting a library.

We are back in business at the Coffee Shop on Wi******er Road. Stop by and leave a book or take a book.

We have two new Little Free Library locations that went online today!

#4 is located between the Coffee Shop and Pop Shop on Wi******er road.

#5 is located outside the DCBS office on Mack Street.

In case you haven’t visited the other sites, we also have locations outside the business office at Mountain Crest, inside 82 Foodmart, and outside the office of Oak Tree Inn.

Take a book. Leave a book. Download the Little Free Library app to check out other locations worldwide, or check in and let people know you have visited.

Estill County Friends of the Library works in coordination with the Estill County Public Library and the Estill County Board of Education to support Dolly Parton's Imagination Library for our community’s youngest residents.

We would like to send a HUGE thank you to South Irvine Early Learning Center !

Thursday evening was their open house. We met a lot of kids who enjoy receiving their monthly books, and we enrolled several new children.

Access to books in the home is a huge factor in kindergarten readiness, and we appreciate South Irvine Early Learning Center for their ongoing support of the Imagination Library. Their generous donation to our local Imagination Library will allow us to continue providing free books to Estill County’s children under 5.
