Volunteer Miles Dobson has spent years answering the call to serve our community through his service with the Rescue Squad, Fire Departments, and Estill County Fair board. Today we are asking our community to answer the call for him. Together, we can make a difference. Join us August 1,2026 at 5pm at the Estill County Fairgrounds for a benefit Fish Fry to raise money for one of our own. We will update on a price before the event, possibly next week. EstillCo EMS wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Mandy Neal and the AirMethods Flight Crew for an impressive Landing Zone Class to our responders. We are also thankful to Missy Hunt and the EstillCo Fair Board for their cooperation in allowing us to use the grounds. Lastly, thanks to CO1 and Warren F Tolers Funeral Home for providing meal arrangements for all attendees.

Smiles, learning and laughter filled our Annual Teddy Bear Fair! 🧸💙 We loved welcoming first-grade students from Estill, Lee, Owsley and Powell County schools for a fun and educational experience focused on safety and health.

Thank you to our amazing community partners, Estill County Emergency Medical Services, City of Irvine Fire Department, Irvine Police Department, Air Methods Mount Sterling and our Hospital Foundation & Auxiliary for helping make this event possible.
