-Scenes from the Library-
I’m not saying you have to stop by the Schroeder Library but if you do, you might see a rocket fly by. Who knows.🤷🏻‍♀️

Did you know, on a clear night, you can also see the “parade of planets?” The planets include: Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Mars, and Mercury. During its run, there are a few other planets to be seen. This ends February 24th. For more info go to science.nasa.gov/solar-system/skywatching/planetary-alignments-and-planet-parades/

Hey, all! It’s Spring Semester! The sun is shining! The classes are classing! The seasons are changing (soon), but our regular hours have not. We do recommend taking a look at the modified hours for the Schroeder Library, because those tend to sneak up on us all!

Introducing our Librarian of the Week series! Each week, we will feature a new Librarian who continues to work hard each and every day. This week, we are featuring Steven Roberge! Here is more about Steven:

"I was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, but have lived in Orange County most of my life. My students from the Midwest have told me that I still speak with a slight accent of that region.

I have dedicated my life to sharing the biblical Jesus Christ with others - one of the reasons I moved to Utah in the 1990's as a "Professor/Missionary" to the Mormon people. They let me teach there at Southern Utah University (SUU). The Latter-day Saints are generally wonderful and kind people, by the way.
Without making this too long, I've lived in Russia for 3 summers and still speak a little Russian. I have a certain affection for Eastern Orthodox Christianity - our "forgotten brethren."
I'm happily (very happily) married with two kids. My wife is Christian, kindhearted, Chinese, and working toward her American certification as a Nurse. Some of my course titles both at SUU and CUI - Understanding Islam, Introduction to Logic, Introduction to Philosophy, World Religions, Foundations of Christian Theology, Ancient Greek, Biblical Hebrew, History and Literature of the New Testament."

If you see Steven around the Library, please say hello if you see him! Thank you for all you do for the Library Steven, we appreciate all you do!
