Come vote for your favorite library card design, now until Saturday, June 13. One winner will be chosen from each age category. Winning designs will be showcased in a new, limited edition library card. Winners will be announced at the New Library Building Grand Opening event this Summer (date to be determined). Construction Notice 🚧‼️

Please be advised of upcoming road work on Friday, 6/12/26, & Monday, 6/15/26, along Live Oak Ave between Live Oak Ln and Rivergrade Rd.

During this time, temporary traffic control will be in place along the work area, and a single lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction. All driveways and business entrances will remain open.
Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use alternate routes if possible. Motorists are asked to use caution when passing the construction zone.

Additional road work is expected, and a tentative construction schedule will follow.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Adults are invited to join the IRWINDALE PUBLIC LIBRARY BOOK CLUB! 📚 During the month of June we will be reading America’s First Daughter by Stephanie Dray and Laura Kamoie, and will discuss the book at our next Book Club meeting (Thursday, July 2, at 6pm).
