ROAD CLOSURE - COUNTY ROAD 482
(Greenwood Mine Rd)
The Marquette County Road commission has closed County Road 482 (Greenwood Mine Rd.) in Tilden Township approximately 1.6 miles west of County Road 581, due to a culvert failure. The failed culvert is scheduled for replacement with work expected to be completed by September 1, 2026. County Road 482 will remain closed at this location until the project is finished. No through traffic will be permitted on County Road 482 between County Road 478 and County Road 581 during the closure.

Ely Township is now accepting applications for an Office Manager position. This is a Monday–Thursday position from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM with competitive pay. Customer service and computer experience are required, and QuickBooks experience is recommended. We are willing to train the right candidate.
