HEADS UP! Tuesday night could bring the most intense storms of the summer so far ⛈

Rare to have a Level 3/5 risk area in our region, let alone two days out. Wind damage and outages are most likely here between 8 PM and 2 AM. Risk decreases farther south, but everybody should be ready for some nasty weather after sunset Tuesday.

Bears love an easy meal, and they quickly become "food conditioned." Meaning your yard is their new favorite buffet. This poses a risk to humans and pets - as well as to the bears who may be euthanized. Please take down your feeders for the season, and be sure to secure your trash. (Ideas: put trash in garage/shed until trash day, lock down with ratchet straps or bear straps, rinse cans regularly with ammonia, keep smelly food scraps in the freezer until you can dispose of them, etc.).

The South Reservoir is back to normal operation. The water conservation notice is lifted. That said, water is a precious resource; using it mindfully is ALWAYS important. Thanks to everyone who took small steps to conserve (they do add up!) - and many thanks to our water operators who've been working hard to bring us back to normal.
