I had a great time at the MacArthur Business Alliance’s Hangarfest tonight, held right in the heart of my district at the Liberty Jet Management hangar at Long Island MacArthur Airport.
Hundreds of Long Island professionals gathered for an evening of networking, local cuisine, and community celebration. It was inspiring to see so many local businesses, entrepreneurs, and vendors come together to build connections, share ideas, and highlight the incredible energy and innovation that drive our region forward.
A special thank you to my good friend Chris Coluccio, Taylor Scibilia, Rick Ammirati, and the entire MacArthur Business Alliance Board and team for organizing such a fantastic event. Your hard work, leadership, and dedication made the evening a tremendous success and a memorable experience for everyone in attendance.
Events like Hangarfest showcase the strength of Long Island’s business community, and I look forward to seeing this outstanding tradition continue to grow in the years ahead.

Beginning June 17, the Town of Islip will launch its FREE Summer Fun Series, featuring movies and concerts in parks throughout the town. (See attached schedule for additional dates and locations.)
The series opens with a live performance by rock & roll band Rich Mahogany at Brookwood Hall in East Islip. Food trucks will be on-site starting at 5:00 p.m., and the concert begins at 7:00 p.m.

🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
“All gave some, some gave all.” Their courage, service, and dedication helped protect the freedoms we enjoy every day, and we are forever grateful.
Please note: Town offices will be closed Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day. Regular office hours will resume Tuesday, May 26th.

Thank you to everyone who came out last night to support the official launch of the South Shore Together Foundation. I was truly humbled and honored to be recognized as the evening’s honoree. This foundation was created with a mission to support members of our community while also investing in the future of our youth and emerging leaders.
Thank you again to everyone who joined us in support of such an incredible cause, and a special thank you to Cafe Joelle for hosting a wonderful event. I’m excited to see the lasting impact this foundation will continue to have on our community for years to come.
