"There is no better excess in the world than the excess of gratitude." — Jean de La Bruyère

👆🏻❤️👆🏻On that note, we at VIS are extremely grateful to our community at large for the continued support of our students and schools. Official certification! 🎉🍎💻🚌

We’re pleased to share that voters approved all three of our renewal levies in the February 10 election, which was officially certified on February 20.

We are deeply grateful to our families and our community for supporting our students and schools, and we thank the 2026 Levy Advisory Committee for shaping a student-centered package endorsed by the School Board.

We also appreciate the Volunteers for Issaquah Schools citizens committee, all of our PTSAs and the Issaquah PTSA Council, the Issaquah Schools Foundation, the Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce, Issaquah City Council, local elected officials, our Rotary and Kiwanis clubs, local businesses, and faith-based organizations for helping inform and engage our community.

These renewed levy measures will help sustain classroom services, student programs, and safe learning environments for every student. Read Superintendent Tow-Yick’s full thank you letter: bit.ly/ISDthankYouVoters 💙

❤️A heartfelt thank you to our ISD community for turning out to support the renewal of the Educational Programs & Operations Levy, the Technology and Critical Repairs Levy, and the Transportation Levy.

As of the February 10, 2026 early returns, all three measures are passing. These four-year renewals will ensure continued funding for our students, staff, schools, and broader community as the current levies sunset.

Because state funding does not fully cover the cost of education, local levy dollars play a critical role in bridging that gap here in Issaquah and in districts across Washington.

We invite our community to stay engaged! Our students inspire us every day, and there are so many ways to be involved—volunteer in your school, join your local PTA, connect with the Issaquah Schools Foundation, or attend a school board meeting. Together, we strengthen our schools. 🍎🚌💻

This is a must-watch video from our district that clearly breaks down how renewal levy funding sustains essential programs and services for students. These levies protect what matters most in our schools—please take a moment to watch and share.

“These are renewal levies, not new taxes, and they help maintain the services our community expects for students. No levy dollars are proposed for constructing new schools”

🎓 It’s the last day of semester finals for our high school students—congratulations! 🎉

Even during this busy, high-pressure week, these amazing Liberty students took time to create and share an important message with our community.

We are fortunate: all four ISD high schools consistently deliver a top-notch education. Their rigor and quality are recognized by college admissions teams and workforce leaders alike.

Let’s keep this tradition of excellence strong—renew all three levies this February. 🚌💻🍎

More factual information on our upcoming ISD levies. An informed, educated voice is one of the most powerful tools we have to help carry this message throughout our community—and to help secure a YES vote on all three propositions.

Nearly 70% of our community does not currently have students enrolled in our schools, which makes your outreach, conversations, and advocacy even more impactful. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our students and schools.

📬 Ballots were mailed today—start checking those mailboxes!
