Founders Way, INHS’s mixed-use, mixed-income community located in the heart of Ithaca, was redeveloped from a vacant school property into 75 affordable housing units and space for two local nonprofit organizations. The ambitious project has met local housing needs and provided new opportunities for individuals and families in need of support.
