We had THE BEST time last week at our Ice Cream Social at Founders Way!

With over 250 servings of ice cream, incredible balloon creations thanks to Peter, and lots of sticky, smiling faces, it was a sweet success!

We're so grateful for this amazing community and the opportunity to give back. We hope to see you all next year for our fourth annual ice cream event.

Emergency repairs can be stressful, financially and emotionally. INHS can help!

We recently received $178,000 from the NYS Restore Program to help low-income homeowners aged 60 and older in Cortland and Tompkins Counties with emergency home repairs.

Examples of eligible work include repairing foundations, basements with standing water, damaged or leaking rooves, failed septic systems, plumbing or electrical issues and more.

If you live in Cortland or Tompkins Counties and need accessibility modifications, INHS is here to help!

INHS has been awarded $169,000 to assist low- and moderate-income homeowners and renters with disabilities. Potential modifications include wheelchair ramps and lifts, roll-in showers, handrails, expanded doorways, relocating a bathroom or bedroom to the first floor, and more.
