DESTROYER Company crushed another IDT weekend 💥
Soldiers put in serious work training on the VCOT and Combat Skills Trainer, sharpening the fundamentals that win fights. Leadership stayed just as engaged, executing a TEWT to refine decision-making and battlefield planning.
The team also dialed in for upcoming weapons qualifications—running load drills and building individual skills to stay lethal and ready.

A busy and productive drill weekend for the team!
Our Soldiers completed the Gunnery Skills Test to prepare for upcoming crew and section gunnery—honing the skills that keep our crews sharp and confident.
Leaders also wrapped up a Tactical Exercise Without Troops, strengthening our tactical planning and battlefield decision-making.
Great work by everyone. Ready for the next challenge!

🔥 Destroyer Company 2-108 IN 🔥

This past weekend, SGT Fronce and SPC Waskiewicz went head-to-head with the best in the battalion during the BN Best Warrior Competition, while the rest of Destroyer Company crushed STX lanes at Sugar Hill State Park. 💪

This year’s competition was a true test of grit—mentally and physically tougher than ever. Both Soldiers pushed past limits and proved their against the toughest peers.

Iron sharpens iron. Great job, Destroyers!

Iron Battalion,
for the next 3 days, Pfc McMillan D co, Sgt Olden D co, and Spc Snyder from A co will be competing in the 27th IBCT Best Warrior Competition at the home of the 101st Cav at the Niagara Falls AFB. The will conduct multiple combat tasks and physical challenges in the Niagara region while competing against warriors from across the brigade. They will represent is to the fullest!

🚨 Destroyer Company 2-108th IN Update! 🚨

Hello, Destroyer Fam!

We’re excited to share the latest updates from your Destroyers! A lot has happened since our last post. The biggest news? CPT Webber has officially stepped out of command, and we’re proud to welcome CPT Olney, who’s ready to lead Destroyer Company to even greater heights. 🎉

During Annual Training, our Soldiers demonstrated their grit, determination, and skill:

✅ Crew-Served Weapons Qualification

5 crews earned Distinguished Ratings on the M2 .50 Caliber Machine Gun.

2 crews achieved Superior Ratings on the ITAS.

✅ Individual Weapons Qualification

M4A1 and M17 pistol training completed with precision.

We didn’t stop there! Soldiers also honed their skills with:

Tactical Decision-Making Exercises (TDEs)

Mounted Land Navigation

Movement Techniques

Situation-Based Exercises

Through long hours and hard work, our Destroyers emerged from Annual Training more lethal, more capable, and more cohesive as a team. 💪
