At the Finger Lakes Toy Library, we help families share and reuse toys instead of constantly buying new ones-- keeping items in circulation longer, reducing waste, and making play more accessible to all.

Our space, at The Shops at Ithaca Mall, is free to visit and play in; anyone can sign up to borrow toys to take home, using our pay-what-you-can by donation membership model, with no-minimum donation and no penalties—because we believe access to play should not be limited by income.

Through our Playtimes, we also bring toys directly to partner organizations in the region, including rural communities, expanding access beyond our walls.

Many of our supporters don’t use the toy library themselves—they simply believe in a more sustainable, community-centered way of living.
