4-H empowers youth to reach their full potential working and learning in partnership with caring adults. In Nebraska, 1-in-3 age-eligible youth participates in 4-H, which is present in all 93 counties. These youth, ages 5-18, participate through camps, clubs, school enrichment, and afterschool programs. All 4-H programs are consistent in placing strong emphasis on life skills, such as problem solving, responsibility, citizenship, and leadership. Extension is a Division of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln cooperating with the Counties and the United States Department of Agriculture. Hello Saunders County 4-H Volunteers!

Nebraska 4-H is excited to bring the 4-H Volunteer Road Show to our very own county extension office at the Eastern Nebraska Research Extension and Education Center this year!

November 2, 2026
6:00-8:00pm

Meal Included
All registered participants will go in a drawing for a Shop 4-H digital gift card!
Virtual attendance option offered as well

The Volunteer Road Show is a great opportunity to experience project training and new ideas to bring back to your 4-H community. All 4-H volunteers, parents/caregivers and any adult wanting to find THEIR spark while volunteering with 4-H is welcome!

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Liam Settles. We will always remember Liam's positive upbeat personality. We always looked forward to seeing what speech or presentation he was going to give at the communications contest, which projects he would make and model for the fashion show and which projects he entered in the fair.
