Each year, Family Fare kindly allows us to borrow bread trays which helps Staff keep our 4-H baked goods and horticulture entries safe, while transporting them to the Nebraska State Fair. We appreciate their continued support of the Saunders County 4-H Program.

Show off your favorite 4-H project -- or even one that didn't go as planned! Every project tells a story of learning, helping youth build the skills to become healthy, productive, and engaged leaders who are Beyond Ready for work and life. Submit your project for the 4-H Project Showcase by September 15 to be featured during National 4-H Week in October and throughout the year at 4h.unl.edu/project-showcase.

Nebraska Extension is pleased to bring you the Crop Production and Soil Health Clinic on Thursday, August 27th.
The Clinic will run from 8:45 am to 4:00 pm, with registration starting at 8:00 am.
The Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension and Education Center is located at 1071 County Road G, Ithaca, NE 68033.

There is a $35 registration fee to attend, which includes training, lunch, and reference materials.

The Nebraska Soybean Board and Nebraska Extension would like to invite you to attend one of the four Soybean Management Field Days being held August 11-14th.

There is no cost to attend, with a complimentary meal and refreshments being served each day thanks to support from the Nebraska Soybean Board and Farm Credit Services of America.

At select animal shows, the Saunders County 4-H council will have a Beanie Baby silent auction table set up the initial 2 hours of the show. These Beanie babies were part of long time 4-H support staff Sharron Ankerson’s collection. Proceeds will go to the 4-H council. Watch for a table with Beanie babies.
