Road Construction Update

Knife River is currently paving CSAH 17 between Main Street in Hendricks and Brookings County Road 42.

They anticipate paving this section of road today and tomorrow (August 3-4, 2026).

Once work on CSAH 17 is complete, crews plan to move to CSAH 14 between the west county line and State Highway 271. Paving on CSAH 14 is currently expected to take place August 4-5, 2026.

As always, motorists should expect delays while work is underway. Please use caution, watch for workers and equipment, and plan for extra travel time if you will be driving through these areas.

Knife River will not be doing any work today due to the rainy weather.

Knife River is planning to pave CSAH 17 between Main Street in Hendricks and Brookings County Road 42 starting Monday, August 3rd, 2026.

Please be aware that once paving begins, motorists should expect delays along this section of roadway. We appreciate your patience and encourage drivers to use caution when traveling through the work zone.

Knife River is working on CSAH 8 between CSAH 19 & 380th St. Delays in travel can be expected along this section of road.
