Balloon artist Mr. Twister will be here Monday, June 29th at 10 am in the Community Center. Mr. Twister will create colorful balloon creations, stylish balloon hats, and this year's "Super-Secret Balloon Surprise", along with a bunch of laughs. Mr. Twister's program is free and open to all ages. Children under age 5 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible babysitter.

Looking for reading materials to take on vacation, but don't want to be responsible for library materials that might be damaged or lost? Then stop in and check out our free cart located in our entry way. Here you will find books and magazines that were donated or discarded from the library – our space is limited, and we like to keep our collection current and relevant to our community.
Free materials can be shared with others or donated to thrift stores – but please don't bring them back, we receive lots of donations to our collection, and need a way to distribute items we don't need.
Hours for the free table are the same as city office/library hours – if we are open, so is access to the free table. So stop in and see what goodies are free for the taking.

This is the last batch of historic Ivanhoe photos I have to share. It looks like they are from the early 1900's-1950's. I have place comments with the photos. If someone has more information on a photo, please post it in the comments section. I would like to thanks the gentleman who shared the photos with the Library. From the comments I have received I can say we have enjoyed seeing photos of Ivanhoe's past.

This is taking place today at 1 pm in the Community Center. Free program, great information on Dementia.

We had a great time at story time this morning. Our theme was bees. We did bee crafts, colored bee pictures, did an insect scavenger hunt, and of course read stories and talked about bees. I would like to thank everyone who came to the story time. Our next story time is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8th at 10 am in the Community Center. Remember story times are free and open to all children ages toddler through 2nd grade ( or even a little older).
