Hi All, Just a friendly reminder that a block party permit was issued at the last borough council meeting for Chase Ave between Twining & Dubois, 7/19, till 8pm tonight. Street is blocked off, please detour on Lincoln Avenue

Greeley Ave stormwater project: the contractor plans on dropping off equipment Thursday and Friday,and beginning work on Monday, July 13. There will be lane closures and, at times, road closures. In conjunction with the 3rd phase, paving will be done on Greeley on the finished section.

An update on Phase III of the Greeley Avenue Project (between Chase and Gough Avenue).
The contractor indicated they will begin work on this portion on July 7th and will be completing the storm sewer installation in about 2 weeks. Be prepared for lane closures and road closures during the project.

Solicitation within the borough requires a permit. This past week there was discussion about the young men in blue shirts on Segways . The first thing to do is ask them for their permit. Tell them that it is illegal to solicit without one. Call the non emergency phone # at the 911 center 215-328-8500 to report it. Do rely on social media. It's important to have a record.
