Sheriff Barton congratulates detectives with the CCSO on the successful ex*****on of a narcotics search warrant.

Detectives conducted an investigation into suspected illegal narcotics activity at a residence located at 355 Ridenour Lane in Jacksboro. Based on information obtained during the investigation, detectives secured and executed a narcotics search warrant at the residence on August 24, 2026.

As a result of the investigation, Bradley John Wik, 69, was placed under arrest and transported to the Campbell County Jail.

Wik faces the following charges:

Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacture,Sale, or Delivery of Schedule I and ll Controlled Substances, and
Possession of Schedule V and VI Controlled Substances.

This investigation is part of the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office’s continued commitment to identifying and prosecuting individuals involved in the illegal possession and distribution of narcotics.

Sheriff Barton congratulates members of the CCSO for conducting a traffic stop which led to the seizure of narcotics.

On August 5, 2026, CCSO detectives conducted a traffic stop on 48-year-old William Poston after observing him driving with a revoked license. During the stop, detectives located approximately 24 grams of a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine, along with digital scales, multiple baggies believed to be used for the sale of narcotics, and drug paraphernalia. Poston was also driving without proper registration or insurance.

Poston was placed under arrest and transported to the Campbell County Jail on the following charges:

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
Manufacture/Delivery/Sale of Schedule II Methamphetamine,
Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License, Violation of Registration Law, Driving while in Possession of Methamphetamine, and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.
