In Texas, we take care of those who take care of us.
Last session, conservative lawmakers passed HB 198 to protect the firefighters who put their lives on the line to protect our communities.

The law requires local governments that employ firefighters to offer free periodic occupational cancer screenings.

We stand with our Texas firefighters.

Thank you State Representative Ben Bumgarner and Representative David Spiller for authoring this legislation!
