Please share this post. It is a GoFundMe for The Place to get reliable transportation for the women who reside there. Why does this matter, you be asking?
The Place transports these ladies back and forth to classes, court, therapy, doctor appointments, and any appointments with the Department of Children's Services, and work. Any missed appointments could mean going back to jail, permanently losing custody of their children, losing their jobs, and last but not least, losing all hope and falling back into a dangerous cycle.

Our very special ladies who reside at The Place, your local recovery house for women, are in desperate need of transportation. What for you may ask? These ladies depend on The Place transportation to get to court, classes, therapy, medical appointments, and work. Scooter’s Coffee new store in North Jackson grand opening is November 18. Scooter’s have partnered with us, The Place, (recovery home for women who are homeless) where a percentage of the proceeds from both the north and the south store will go to our recovery home for women! This is a beautiful thing and an amazing blessing! So on the 18th make sure you go by one of the locations and purchased you an amazing hot cup of awesome coffee☕️☕️🍩🍪🥪
