Please note if you have an upcoming Circuit Court hearing date we have had some changes.

Judge Jordan's Courtroom has moved to the 4th Floor. Judge Bates' Courtroom is located on the 5th Floor.

Also, some of the Judges will be shifting case loads pursuant to a local administrative order. Judge Jordan & Judge McBain will be hearing all the criminal matters. Judge Kelly will being doing 1/2 of the abuse & neglect cases. Judge LaFlamme will be hearing all civil cases & business court. Judge Bates will be hearing all FOC matters.

This is effective May 4th. So, you will be seeing some changes as cases are reassigned to a new judge.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT: Fake Court Notice

You may have already seen this scam circulating that looks like an official court notice claiming you owe money for a traffic or toll violation. The document may include a case number, judge’s name, and even a QR code to make a payment.

It’s designed to look official — but it’s fake.

Scammers are using these notices to trick people into scanning the QR code and entering personal or payment information on fraudulent websites.

Remember:
• Courts do not demand payment through QR codes or unsolicited notices
• Do not scan the code or click any links
• Verify any citation or court notice by contacting the court directly using a phone number you find yourself

If you receive something like this, delete it and report it as spam. Share this post to help others avoid falling for it.
