Jackson Financial Empowerment Center We offer no-cost, financial counseling to all Jackson and West Tennessee residents (18 years +). You can schedule your free appointment at fecjackson.org.

Our financial counselors can help you strategically plan, establish or improve credit, manage debt and finances, create a budget, increase savings, maximize cashflow, and connect with safe and affordable banking services. The FEC is jointly managed by the City of Jackson and Cities for Financial Empowerment.
