Today, on Women’s Equality Day, we celebrate the power of opportunity and the importance of ensuring women and girls have the resources, support, and pathways they need to build the futures they envision.

We are proud to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi (BGCCM), where these young women recently completed workforce training through Access Training, Inc. and were recognized during a special White Coat and Pinning Ceremony.

Their achievement represents more than the completion of a program. It represents access to career pathways, economic opportunity, and the chance to build a strong foundation for their futures.

At the Women’s Foundation of Mississippi, we know that when women have access to opportunity, the impact extends beyond one individual. It strengthens families, communities, and Mississippi as a whole.

Today, we celebrate these young women and all those working to create a Mississippi where opportunity is within reach for every woman.

**When women thrive, Mississippi thrives.** 💜
