Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust At the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust, we do more than develop essential and affordable housing

As a private, not-for-profit housing developer since 1991, the goal of the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust has been to make room in our community by building affordable housing for those who contribute to our way of life. To date, we’ve built 183 homes in nine neighborhoods, serving more than 651 people with exciting plans for the future. As we consider how to plan for the future, we can't help but look back at past projects. This one, Mountain View Meadows, was Teton County's first-ever affordable neighborhood. It was made possible through a unique partnership between the Town Council, Board of County Commissioners, Teton County Housing Authority, and the Housing Trust.

Housing is a team effort. When we all come to the table and collaborate, we can find solutions that benefit us all.

We will go to great lengths to build housing for our community. But if we're not building the kinds of houses our workforce wants, is it really useful? Our survey will help us understand our housing needs on a deeper level — not just how much we need, but what kind. And the more voices we hear, the stronger our data. Your input helps paint a clearer picture of housing needs across the community. Participate now. http://bit.ly/4uCuGZU

What have you traded for your life here?

Some households delay major life decisions because of housing instability. Starting a family. Taking a new job. Caring for aging parents.

We want to better understand these realities so future housing planning reflects real community needs. There are two weeks left to take our survey. http://bit.ly/4uCuGZU

Stable housing supports more than individual households.

It supports schools, local businesses, nonprofits, emergency services, and the people who keep this community running.
