Are you passionate about making STEM/STEAM learning hands-on, engaging, and impactful? All Aboard the STEAM XPRESS is looking for an enthusiastic STEM/STEAM Station Facilitator to help guide students through exciting Science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics experiences—bringing curriculum and hands-on activities to life through energy, creativity, and teamwork.

About the Role
As a STEM/STEAM Station Facilitator, you’ll support our STEAM program by guiding students through interactive exhibits and learning stations. You’ll act as a facilitator and cheerleader—helping students collaborate, explore, and build critical thinking through engaging, minds-on activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate hands-on STEM learning: Guide students through interactive science, technology, engineering, arts, and math activities using the provided curriculum and exhibit instructions.

2. Create an engaging learning environment: Encourage curiosity, collaboration, and problem-solving while supporting safe and positive student interactions.

3. Prep, set up, reset, and breakdown stations: Ensure station materials are
organized, ready for rotations, and fully functional. Restock supplies as needed.

4. Support program operations & logistics: Assist with product/inventory tracking and related day-of logistics to help the program run smoothly.

5. Monitor materials and student progress: Maintain clear station expectations and support students in completing activities and understanding key concepts.

6. Collaborate with the team: Communicate effectively with other facilitators and program staff to ensure consistent delivery and smooth transitions between rotations.

Requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Experience working with children required
• Organized, dependable, professional, and a team player
• Ability to lift 5–20 lbs
• Strong communication skills

All Aboard the STEAM XPRESS is looking for an enthusiastic STEM/STEAM Coordinator to help lead and support our STEAM program—bringing curriculum, activities, and community partnerships to life.

About the Role
The STEAM Coordinator will oversee and support the company’s STEAM program through the coordination, development, and delivery of STEAM initiatives and education programs. You’ll collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure initiatives are implemented
effectively and aligned with our vision, goals, and curriculum. You’ll also build relationships with community partners and industry stakeholders to help advance program growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the design of STEM units and lessons
• Analyze and interpret data to improve programming and outcomes
• Develop curricula, teaching plans, and engaging hands-on activities
• Assist in showcasing products and services at exhibitions and/or conferences
• Support product inventory and related logistics as needed
STEM Days (Event Support)
• Attend all events.
• Manage schedule and logistics
• Prepare event materials (activity bins, ensuring sufficient materials and supplies, supporting scheduling, drafting rotation schedules, etc.)
• Support post-event processes (cleaning, counting, sorting, and storing materials)
• Help with loading/unloading event materials and equipment
• Create handouts and/or activity materials

Inventory Oversight
• Oversee inventory levels, including:
o Recording and monitoring inventory
o Preparing products for delivery and/or shipping
o Conducting quality control for orders
o Resource and supply tracking (Ensuring accurate inventory data)
Conferences / Trade Shows
• Represent the STEM XPRESS brand by engaging with attendees and building
customer relationships
• Assist with showcasing products and services at conferences and industry events
• Demonstrate products and services to support sales opportunities

Schedule
• Part-time (1099 contract)
• Minimum 25-30 hours/week
• ~5 – 6 hours/day, flexible
• Hybrid schedule

Requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check
• STEM education experience required
• Must be organized, dependable, professional, and a team player
• Must be able to lift 20–50 lbs.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
