Mental health doesnโ€™t just impact individuals โ€” it impacts families, schools, workplaces, and entire communities.

That is why support is so essential:

๐ŸŒฑIt strengthens relationships
๐ŸŒฑIt creates stability
๐ŸŒฑIt builds healthier communities for everyone

At Elevate, this work happens every day โ€” through prevention, support, and connection.

Mental Health Awareness Month may be coming to a close, but the need for support doesnโ€™t. And neither does our work at Elevate.

The Adrenaline Race returns September 20, 2026 โ€” celebrating 16 years of movement, momentum, and community impact!

At Elevate, support can look like people coming together in a peer support group, who understand what it means to struggle and to keep moving forward regardless.

It can look like learning how to recognize triggers, build coping skills, and build a support system that doesnโ€™t disappear when things get hard.

It can look like being in a space where youโ€™re not judged, and not alone.

This is what real support looks like: meeting people where they are and helping them take the next step forward.

Because support shouldnโ€™t depend on how far things have gone.

If youโ€™re looking for that kind of support, our WRAP(ED) in Hope Peer Support Group meets Tuesdays from 1:30โ€“2:30 PM in Jackson and is free for Washington County residents. You can learn more or sign up by:

Weโ€™re halfway through Mental Health Awareness Month, and awareness is just the beginning!

What really matters is what comes next.

At Elevate, support is there at every step:
โ€ข Building skills early through prevention
โ€ข Getting help when challenges begin
โ€ข Finding support in moments of crisis
โ€ข Creating stability and connection in recovery

No matter where someone is on their journey, thereโ€™s a place to start. Because support should be easy to find, and never come too late. Learn more by visiting https://elevateyou.org
